Renata de Dalmas enjoyed a rich and cultured upbringing that honored her Polish heritage and involved extensive travel. These formative years nurtured Renata's curiosity and open-minded appreciation of the complexities and beauty in the world. After graduating from Barnard College at Columbia University, Renata studies age-old goldsmithing techniques at the Jewelry Arts Institute in New York. She later went on to obtain her Graduate Diamond Degree from the Gemological Institute of America. Renata draws upon her innate sense of adventure and formal training when designing her jewelry pieces. Inspired by architectural ornamentation, spiritual symbols, and ancient jewelry, Countess de Dalmas stylishly merges the old with the new while ensuring each piece is meticulously handcrafted through a combination of ancient goldsmithing techniques and cutting-edge technology. As a result, Renata's jewelry becomes an external celebration of the history and beauty we carry within. |
